Bonjour! 

This is a private tour that we're offering in the beautiful, historic, and gastronomically world-famous region of Burgundy, France. 

We will stay in the small but legendary village of Pommard, in the heart of wine country in this culinarily rich region, much-celebrated for its world-class wines and cuisine. We'll enjoy daily breakfasts, at least one dinner, and a cooking class taught by a wonderful local French chef. Independent meals could also be enjoyed at the villa.

Each day we'll tour the area either on foot in Beaune and nearby villages, on bike, as we peddle through the vineyards along the "Route des Grands Cru" or in our van, as we venture further afield to Dijon and other important towns in the region, where we'll visit historical and cultural sites, shop at outdoor markets, and sample the local wines and outstanding gastronomy. 

This is an active tour, including daily walks (about 2-3 miles per day), some biking, and optional yoga, when time allows. 

Included in the tour price: Accommodations, excursions, 4 dinners, 4 lunches, wine with meals, cooking class, transportation during the tour and to/from train station in Dijon on first and last days of the tour. 

Not included: Airfare from US, round-trip train between Paris and Dijon, any activities, meals or drinks enjoyed separately from the group, and travel insurance. 

Thank you for your deposits - $750 pp - due April 1, 2024. 

Total trip cost is $4,950 for double occupancy, $600 additional for single. The balance is not due until 8 weeks prior to the trip. 

You may pay your deposit here - plus the 3.5% fee that we are charged for credit cards. So total charge if paid with credit card is $776.
