"Our week in Provence more than met my expectations, and left me glowing for weeks. I don’t recall ever feeling so good after a vacation! You did such a great job of planning and were such wonderful hosts."

"You did an excellent job planning our visit, picking a wonderful base location, providing physical activities; picking good restaurants and towns to visit; good tour guides; and chefs. I am grateful that in our tour group, while everyone brought a different energy, we all blended so well together. I/we would definitely want to tour again with this exact same group with you two as our tour guides."

"I've done a lot of traveling, and this was more than I had expected. Your knowledge of the area and attention to every detail was exceptional. I can't remember the last time I've traveled, and didn't need to concern myself with details and decision making. Truly relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you!!"
- Sally N., guest on our May 2023 "Pickleball in Provence" tour (She is also returning to Provence with us in 2024 - along with several others from her tour, who have also signed up for an "Encore Provence" tour.)
"I loved this trip, especially the beautiful grounds at our hotel, the location in Provence, our visit to the tiny Provencal villages in the countryside, and the tour guides, who were interesting to talk to and added to the cultural experience. I can't thank you enough for such a wonderful trip, and I already want to go back ... how about next fall?" (NOTE: Suzy did join us for another tour in the South of France in May 2018.)

"The Provence trip was fantastic! The itinerary was both educational and entertaining and offered so much variety, including the running of the bulls, the baking and cooking classes, the wine tasting at Chateauneuf du Pape, culture, history, dining, boating, walks into town, and the great company! Jen and Bernard provided an incredible experience. We really enjoyed our first tour and have told our friends and family all about it. We are rallying the troops for the next adventure with Meli Melo Travel!"

What a fabulous trip! I loved touring the little villages in the Luberon, the boules lesson with frenchman Jeff, which gave us a new appreciation for the game as we saw others playing it during our travels, and all the food tastings, where we learned about ancient and traditional Provencal recipes for cookies and Calisson, which gave us insight into the culture."

Thank you SO much for such a wonderful weekend discovering Portland! We crammed a lot into our little getaway and all left fat 'n happy for sure! The hotel was great, the food delish, and delightful memories were made. Meli-Melo it was!
Thank you for the most outstanding tour ever! Three days of the best that Portland is in all things culinary! Jenn and Bernard are the nicest, warmest hosts you could ever be with! Can't wait to tour with them again soon!
Sally L., guest on our Portland, Maine, tour.
What a fabulous trip! I loved every minute of it, and the care you both took with "us seniors." The itinerary was wonderful and flexible when it needed to be. Both hotels were wonderful. Mas de Carassins is the most beautiful, comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in, and their chef is terrific. I'm still dreaming of the cheese!"
- Karen M., guest on our Sete/Montpellier/St. Remy tour
Our hosts, Jenn and Bernard, did an absolutely fantastic job! In fact, I would rank everything about this trip a 10 - the professional local guides, the hotel, the restaurants, and the daily excursions. It was one of the best trips of my life, if not THE best." (Note: Isabel returned to France with us a year later and also joined our Portland, Maine, tour.)

"Thank you for a wonderful weekend! Everything was so well planned, but not too tightly scheduled, so it was very relaxed.
Still dreaming of Chablis and oysters - the wine tour was informative and fun!
A special thank you to Bernard for his 🚖 service! I loved his tours of the West End and East End, and being able to just look out the window."

“I am so glad I took the leap and signed on to visit the Azores with Jennifer last year. The flight was short, the hotel was ultra-modern, and the food and drink that our lively group enjoyed every day was beyond description – and we never once paid for a thing because it was all-inclusive! We saw all the highlights of this unique island, but had plenty of time to kick back in the numerous hot springs and mineral pools, or grab a massage. I highly recommend the Azores as a vacation spot, and Jennifer Wolcott’s tour-leading abilities.

“Visiting the Azores with Jenn was an absolutely unforgettable experience. Although a frequent traveler, I have always planned private adventures. Initially hesitant about traveling with a group of strangers, I was sold on the boutique tour concept after a day. I am so looking forward to joining Meli Melo in Provence for their 2017 trip. The personalized service, fabulous accommodations and memorable day trips made this a unique experience. Life is about laughter, and we couldn’t have had more! Thank you again, Jen.”

“Skies were often cloudy, but spirits were always sunny as my group toured this spectacularly beautiful island in the Azores. Jennifer’s superior organizational skills ensured that we were always on time, well fed, and able to glimpse the natural and culinary life of San Miguel to the utmost. I look forward to joining her on future tours.”
